DIY Garland Christmas Tree

I am SO EXCITED to share this DIY garland Christmas tree with you because it is SO SIMPLE to make, very affordable, and extremely adorable!

With just a few supplies, some from Dollar Tree, you can create a cute little Christmas tree to make any space festive this holiday season!

If you’ve been looking for an easy solution to get the kids to leave your big Christmas tree alone, maybe make this and give it to them to decorate (or un-decorate) as much as they want!

How to make a DIY Garland Christmas Tree

I started this super cute DIY Garland Christmas Tree by painting my metal Dollar Tree bucket with white paint.

Next, I started wrapping the garland around the paper towel holder. I did this vertically instead of horizontally to get the tree shape.

Use hot glue to secure the garland onto the paper towel holder. Then, I glued the garland tree into the painted metal bucket.

Once the tree was secured into the bucket, I brushed white paint onto the garland to give it a snowy look. Next, I pushed the red berries into the garland and wrapped the lace ribbon around the tree.

I distressed the painted bucket a little bit, then placed the HO HO HO stickers onto the bucket.

Next, I made a bow out of my two ribbon patterns, tied them with twine, and glued it at the top of my garland tree. Also, I glued a bling from Totally Dazzled onto my bow!
