Easy DIY Fall Wire Frame Pumpkin

I can’t believe I waited so long to share this Easy DIY Fall Wire Frame Pumpkin with you! Seriously, I made this for my front door and I can’t tell you how many compliments I got on it!

Not only is it super affordable, but this DIY pumpkin door hanger is also super simple to make! It’s perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg or accidentally cut off a finger trying to make it myself!

For this project, I will be using these items, but you can substitute where you want.

• Wire Frame Pumpkin (x2)
• Burlap
• Jute Twine
• Burlap/Polka Dot Ribbon
• Fall Red Truck Ribbon
• Red Buffalo Check Ribbon
• Needle
• Hot Glue gun
• Glue Stick

How to Make an Easy DIY Fall Wire Frame Pumpkin

Start by placing your burlap on the inside of the first wireframe pumpkin. Then, push the second wireframe pumpkin onto the burlap.

Fold the burlap over the second wireframe pumpkin and hot glue it in place. Cut the excess burlap off and press the wireframes back together.

Use your needle to thread jute twine through the burlap and secure the second wireframe to the front of the burlap.

Next, you’re going to make the bow for your Fall pumpkin! You can use a bow maker to help you out, but you don’t have to.

You can watch the DIY tutorial video to see exactly how I made my bow! Once you have your bow made secure it to the stem of your burlap pumpkin!
